The RLUSD Priority
Allocation Program
A joint initiative between XRPL Commons and Ripple, streamlining priority access to Ripple USD (RLUSD) for builders, validators and verified community members of the XRP Ledger.
Initiate your RLUSD claim by connecting an eligible XRPL wallet. The on-ledger smart contract verifies your snapshot status, evaluates your tier against community-engagement proofs, and queues the RLUSD allocation directly to your address. Allocations finalize within a 24-hour epoch and require no gas beyond a standard XRPL reserve.
Eligibility Criteria
Four on-ledger conditions evaluated by the allocation contract at snapshot. No off-chain forms — your wallet is your application.
Active XRPL Wallet
A funded Xaman (or compatible) wallet with an established transaction history prior to April 1, 2026.
Verified Identity
Optional for Tier 2+. A one-time KYC via our compliance partner unlocks higher tiers. Base allocations remain pseudonymous.
Community Engagement Proof
Hold an XRPL Commons membership NFT, a validated governance vote receipt, or an RLUSD trust line established before May 1, 2026.
Compliance Ready
Wallets must not appear on sanctioned lists. The allocation contract performs an automated, privacy-safe filter.

Three calibrated tiers, designed to reward depth of contribution over speculative participation.
Validator / Builder
TierVerified identity + proven on-chain contribution — node operation, XRPL Commons event participation, or RLUSD liquidity provision.
